「Finding the was difficult as you can’t access the property from the front as it is on a highway. The back is how you enter and it’s under construction as they’re building another building. Construction materials and debris, and no paved path make it challenging to access the property. The roof is very low and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The washer machine smells like mold and ruined my son’s brand new shirt. Great location but wouldn’t stay there again」

「While visiting Coos Bay for a family reunion, my brothers and our families stayed here. It is a beautiful house, with everything you need and dog friendly. It had plenty of space and beds for our three families and it was great to be able to relax and spend time together comfortably. 「We really enjoyed our relaxing 2 days at the Cozy Rose Inn! The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully displayed with fresh flowers. Comfy bed, AC, and a relaxing jacuzzi tub were awesome! 「We had a staycation for our family's Christmas gathering and it was perfect! The location is great and the house has everything you need. The house has a large dining room and living room area. The downstairs has a nice game room that the young adults enjoyed, we brought game consuls and they played as the adults enjoyed the upstairs. The host Joel was super accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again! 」

「Beautiful property, spotless clean. Million dollar view. The only negative is the third bedroom is tiny with no place to set luggage. you have to walk in hallway to get too bathroom. 」
