「So clean it seemed brand new. The knotty pine interior was beautifully decorated with cowboy/longhorn motif. It was just perfect. The cabin are situated so the large number of gorgeous longhorn cattle are just a few yards from the back deck. If you want quiet and a star filled sky, this is the place for you. 」

「The Yurt was amazing. Everything you needed to be very comfortable and relaxed during the stay. You van spend an hours just looking at everything inside and out. The sound of rain and owls will pit you to sleep. Even my teenage kids put down the devices and had a blast. 10 out of 10. We will be coming back, bit for a longer stay. Thank you so much Bill for helping us create some amazing memories!」

「We enjoyed getting out and hiking through the trails and chatting with neighbors. If you are planning on staying here, you really need to bring cookware, and something to cook on. I did see outdoor grills but no pans or pots in cabin. 」

「Visiting Jeff City for family and enjoyed the convenience of the Carriage house. It’s a short walk to the capital and restaurants. Very cute decor with an old world charm. Everything was clean and well stocked with towels and linens. The owners were responsive with some minor things that came up, would definitely stay here again!」

「My wife and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our 19yr anniversary. We got a bike ride in on the Katy and checked out local watering holes. The Katy Caboose was cute. We enjoyed the deck on a beautiful starry night.」

「House was cute and a great location near town but on top of a lovely mountain with privacy and a great view! The only issue came with the internet not working and despite great effort and diligent communication from the property manager we did not get any internet. But was kindly discounted on our stay due to the inconvenience 」
