「Great room. Clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly.」

「Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery. All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went.」

「This is a huge hotel and there were many guests. It is located near I-44 in a business and residential area. It is old (seven for hallway ceilings) but well kept. Check in was quick and straight forward. Our room was clean and fairly spacious. We were a LONG way from the breakfast and front lobby, but we were able to drive around to a convenient entry. 「Overall, our stay was good, but I’m giving it three stars due to the noise. Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel. A nearby venue appeared to be playing music earlier in the evening, and while I can’t say for certain, the combined noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. When I was checking in there were several in front of me and several more arrived right after me. The clerk did not get razzeled and maintained her compusure. She apologized but had no reason to for the extra time it was taking to register me but again there were several groups arriving at the same time. The cost for the room was very fair for the lodging.」
