This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom second story condominium provides ultimate convenience for everything that Ouray has to offer. Located adjacent to Fellin Park, the home of Ouray's Mountain Air Music Series and the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Take a short walk a few blocks to downtown Ouray and enjoy authentic dining and one-of-a-kind shops.

Relax on the expansive back deck and enjoy spectacular views of the San Juan Gateway and Amphitheater Caldara . A a full day of adventures a propane gas BBQ grill is provided for preparing well-deserved evening meals. Every Thursday throughout the month of June complimentary concerts are provided at Fellin Park, located next to vacation, from 6:00pm - 9:00pm.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and private deck facing Fellin Park. The second bedroom features two twin beds. Each bedroom has an adjoining En-suite bathrooms

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note:
Like most properties in the area this home does not have air conditioning, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Area fans are provided to assist with keeping the home cooler. The night time temperatures drop into the 40's, providing a cool comfortable breeze.
