"Our stay was fantastic. We were late checking in and they were very accommodating and still allowed us to order some dinner even though the restaurant was almost closed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. "

"While the room was clean and quite big, the mattresses were extremely hard and not comfortable at all. This being said, the electric blankets were a nice touch, and the overall room layout was very nice, especially the outisde shower which was quite a hit with the kid. The staff was very pleasant, the giraffes awesome to stare at, and the breakfast quite hearty, but we honestly found the nightly cost to be quite expensive for what we got."

Combined with a Route 62 drive, this provides the perfect counterweight to the coastal drives. Add in a drive through the Merringspoort pass - stunning! The relaxed vibe at Le Petit Karoo, complemented by the excellent meals prepared by Tracy, Karen and their team makes this your definite Klein Karoo base. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. "

"We choose to stay at this property as it gave us an overview of a working farm in Oudtshoorn. We stayed in a two bedroom modular home which was extremely quiet and nestled along the river. We did not have dinner there but did have breakfast. It was very good with a lot of options both cold and hot. "

"Wonderful staff, huge suite. The spa was great. The guest house is located on an ostrich farm. Dinner was excellent."
