We stayed for 6 days - our room was not tended to at all during this time, even though we were told it would be done after 4 days. Two of the other travel parties in our group also booked rooms at this hotel - their rooms contained a larger TV, and a microwave which our room did not and we were staying ...

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown Ottawa East by IHG
Room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. 15ish min walk to the mall and other stores nearby. Unfortunately the pool was temporarily closed, otherwise no issues.
