「Because I preregistered online the day before my arrival I received a text informing me when my room was ready. Love this amenity! Rooms and property were very clean and updated. My only wish is that I would have been informed prior to arrival that the hot tub wasn't working. That particular amenity was the reason I chose this property over other options.」
「Needs much work: The exterior of the property looked run-down with construction equipment and a large debris-filled dumpster at the front entrance. The windows were filthy and you could barely see inside. It looked as though the property was closed. We received an emergency phone call on our way to the area and had to return home, and so did not stay. The staff was very polite even though they could not refund our charges. However, we didn't feel bad about not staying.」
