"Nice, clean, spacious room w/ pretty comfortable bed. Two sink areas that would be great for more than one person stay. Loved the larger fridge that fit dine out leftovers and a 15 back of beer; not a tiny mini that fits next to nothing. It was very quiet other than the person w/ very heavy stomps in the room above {:o( Would've loved to have breakfast available until 10am vs 9, as I am not a morning person (this is a personal preference). I did message to ask if I could have the room one additional night, but did not get a response other than 'call' which I can't do per a voice disability. I would definitely stay again!"

"I had booked two rooms well in advance as we were moving my mother from gaylord. It was a gift for her 94th bday to make it a place to get out of the chaos of moving and enjoy her favorite activity a hot tub. In fact the hot tub is featured in the picture in their ad on hotels.com. When I called to see if my rooms were ready I asked how far we were from the hot tub. I was informed the hot tub in our building was not working and we would have to drive to the other building to the other hot tub. I actually tried to call hotels .com to see if I could get my money back but got disconnected at some point. I decided to stay and when I checked in Josh at the front desk tried to solve the problem but unfortunately the building with the working hot tub was booked solid. Just very disappointing when it was supposed to help my mother relax through a stressful time. Having to drive back to our room in damp bathing suits and to have to get in and out of the car a couple times ( hard when you’re 94). Rooms and facilities were definitely dated need a little love for sure. Breakfast buffet was also disappointing $22 for basically what you get for free at a lot of other hotels . If you golf or ski I’m sure it’s worth the convenience otherwise find somewhere else"

"It was a cute 1920's log cabin, located in the country on a lake, but just a few miles from town. The hosts were extremely accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Gaylord, MI."
