「The hotel advertised 24/7 coffee and tea availability, but making coffee turned out to be more complicated than expected, with several requirements and restrictions. It was also unclear where to get hot for tea. Some of the cups were not clean, and several towels had visible stains on them. Overall, these details were disappointing and could definitely be improved.」

「We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The location is wonderful. You can walk to town with all the historic shops and delicious restaurants. We...
