"A very comfortable stay for us on a road trip. The property is located in the mountains, about 30-45 minutes to the coastline where all the actions are. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had rooms that overlook the ski lifts. We went during the quiet season so there was limited dining options. It is a huge property with lots of attractions and we could imagine the buzz in the peak seasons. There was no air-conditioning in the rooms during our stay but the staff brought in electric fans which did the job. A nice stay after all."

"Hotel located right in front of train station - very convenient. Also near to Delicia supermarket where u can buy cheap snacks and drinks. Rooms were clean and tastefully designed. The public bath at the hotel was a welcome especially after a long day travelling along the Tateyama Kurobe alpine route. There’s a rest area outside the bath with massage chairs and great views of the mountains. Staffs were courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if we make a pit stop at Shinano-Omachi for our next Japan trip."
