"施設はとても綺麗で満足です。 敷布団もクッション性が良く、起きた時身体が痛く無く快適に就寝出来ました。 駐車場の入口部分の勾配がかなりあり、車高の低い車だと下部を擦ってしまう為、改善して頂けるとありがたいです。 ドライヤー有りとの表記でしたが、無かったのが残念でした。 その他は大満足です。 花巻に行く時はまた利用させて頂きたいです。"

"The hotel is very convenient to the train station, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The hotel provides multiple vending machines for your convenience which is nice because the nearest 7/11 I could find was about a 10 minute walk. Getting near the port is also easy enough, it's about a 20 minute walk to the downtown area and some good restaurants. "

"Everything was good except that my daughter and I had skin allergies after sleeping 1 night. We suspect some bugs or skin allergy from the bed sheets"
