"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Given the high price we paid, the room was unexpectedly small and lacked comfort. After a long day of travel, we were shocked to find that room service was unavailable after 11:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient. I had a European guest with me, and he was also dissatisfied with the service. The breakfast options were quite limited, and overall, the hospitality did not meet expectations. "Lovely property but no welcome from staff when you arrive and same at the reception area checking was worse that probably 2 stars staff didn’t look like they are interested in us and when we were their they have offered welcome drinks to othe customers who were before us but they were not looked happy as well.Room were okay but look old and shower was just normal.When you see property from outside it’s looks amazing but stay and service is not fantastic .we had dinner at night at multi cousin...

"Room was spacious and good however dusty. Staff was good but was continuously following up for check out. Gym too small and bad in shape. Need more amenities "

"The staff at the reception have always been friendly & helpful The service in the restaurant is avarage. I often had the impression, that some of the waiters are daydreaming. There was NO hot water available in room 110. I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering. There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel. I had to step out in the darkness, to get in to my taxi. Saving energy, does not mean to turn off lights,at the main entrance / exit, just because...
