Excellent facility and service. However, I noticed that the location was unknown to many taxi drivers. They even struggled to find it using their GPS device.

Fantastic Location

Our apartment, #501 at St. Paulia - Osaka Castle, exceeded our expectations. Our group included a 75 year old (me), a 51 year old, and a 21 year old - three generations. We started our ten-night trip in a pretty fancy hotel, then spent 6 nights in very nice local "chain" hotels (same approximate value as a Best Western Plus in the US). Then we figured we'd give a neighborhood apartment a try for the last three nights. The St. Paulia hit 2 of our 3 interior-condition musts with 5 stars: air-conditioning (it was July and over 90F every day, plus humid) and the best shower in the whole country. I marked down for beds - my grandson slept on a thin futon on the floor, which was OK by him but wouldn't have been for my daughter or me. The two beds were adequate - I'll leave it at that. We were tired. We slept. But the apartment's LOCATION is perfect. It is in a quiet neighborhood of high-rise apartments, across the street from a supermarket, close to convenience stores and the largest, fanciest McDonald's I've ever seen (we didn't go in but took a picture!), and a do-able walk to a couple good subway locations (even pulling our small suitcases). The terrific Osaka Castle is a fairly short walk away too - one of our favorite tourist attractions we saw in Japan. In short, St. Paulia apartment rentals are an A+ value overall, but the beds and bedding (and nothing else) led me to the mark-downs I made. We would go back. The owner's directions and follow-up were very well-done too.

마트가 바로 앞에 있어서 조식이며, 야식이며 살을 찌워주기 딱 좋았어요

다만 우편함을 여는 방식을 0에서 시작해야 하는점을 더 자세히 알려주셨음 좋았을듯 .. 야밤에 길에서 잘뻔했어요. 다행히 도우미가 귀가중어 만나서^^;;;;

Perfect for youngsters that are on a budget trip. The apartment is even larger than some hotel rooms. The facilities provided were more than enough. And the staffs provide their service even late at night. And there's supermarket next to the hotel which made us so convenient.

Walk around 8-10mins can arrive the station , there is a supermarket located opposite it is quite convenient ! But just provide cleaning before we arrive , many rubbish we don’t know how to place and the bin is full already !

安くもないのに悪かろう。潔癖症の人にはオススメしない。

いくら良い所を探しても見つからないのが正直な感想。 まず、部屋が臭い。 アメニティ(フェイスタオル、トイレのタオルなど)がWebサイトの写真には載っているのに実際は無い。 建物前(おそらくこの物件の管理会社の駐車場)にフェラーリが停まっていてホテル入り口をほぼ塞いでいて出入りしにくかった。 食器類が全て汚い(全部洗い直して使用)。本当に洗っているのか？？？ 全体的に｢外国人｣をターゲットにしているからなのか、全てにおいて適当さは否めない。 やはり、フロントで人と接することの無い｢民泊｣ではこんなものか、と言わざるを得ない。 もう二度と利用しないだろう。 潔癖症の人には絶対にオススメしない。

綺麗で清潔な室内

今回、出張で利用しました。 いつもはビジネスホテルに宿泊していますが今回初めてこのような形で利用しました。 ビジネスホテルと比べると家電が揃っている、部屋が広い点が良かったです。 少し気になったのは全ての窓にカーテンがなく夜に外からの光が気になった。できれば加湿器が欲しかった。 以上、総合的にまた次回も利用したいと思いました。
