Decent hotel

Coin laundry was nice and easy to use. The rooms are a bit tight but comfortable. They could offer a slightly larger trash bin and a larger selection of black tea but overall I was pleased with the hotel. The staff are what made the experience better as they were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel made a great first impression with its tasteful decor and warm, welcoming staff at check-in. Although the room was a bit compact for two people, it was generally clean, well-equipped and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were always attentive and helpful, when we mentioned the room felt a little too warm, they quickly resolved the issue by unlocking the window for us. Their prompt and efficient service was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the wide variety of options available at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is ideally located, just a one-minute walk from the nearest metro station and directly across from a shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient for both transportation and shopping.

Super friendly and service minded staff. Rooms are not very modern, but clean and sufficient in all essential ways. More than anything, value for money is unbeatable. Also appreciated a large and varied breakfast buffet, as did the kids.

Comfortable, close to train station Osaka Castle

The room was small and packed with beds and furniture. There was hardly any room to move around. But it was complete, clean and comfortable. I liked that this hotel was really close to the train station and also to the Osaka Castle. The breakfast was also very good.

A very nice hotel, the room was small, but we didn't have any large luggages. Just our carry-ons and backpacks. It was perfect size for those smaller bags. Well-located, easy access to Osaka Castle

Hotel is well located near the subway, convenience stores and restaurants around the station. We (2 adults, 2 children) shared connecting rooms. It was enough space for us, though we didn't spend a whole lot of time there. The room had a view of Osaka Castle on a certain angle and was good for getting to the castle early. The hotel's coin laundry worked well. The rooms could do with a better clean, particularly under the beds.

The hotel was extremely clean, staff were very nice except the room was SO hot. You could not adjust the temperature, only the speed of the fan. My husband and I woke up each night sweating and the bathroom was extremely small. A part from that, it was an amazing hotel. Just a little disappointing how hot the room was.
