Room is small, but very clean and well kept. Excellent service staff. Very convenient for getting around as the hotel is only a few blocks from the MRT station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the area.

Overall for me it was a good location, close to the subway and about a 10 minute walk to the busier areas of Osaka. The rooms are compact but again for me a single traveler it was enough. The common area was really nice and a nice space just to relax after coming back from exploring and not just sitting in the room.

ロビーがおしゃれで清潔でした。 部屋も新しく綺麗でした。 チェックインの際、早めに来たのでフロントに声をかけると、清掃が終わっているかお調べしますのでお待ちくださいと言われたのでロビーで待っていました。 正規のチェックイン時間を10分以上過ぎても呼ばれなかった（他の人は呼ばれていました）ので再度フロントに行き同じスタッフに声をかけると、すぐ部屋に通されました。待たせていることを忘れていたのだと思います。 忘れて長時間待たせるくらいなら後で呼ぶのではなく、チェックイン時間になってから再度来てくださいと言えばいいのではないでしょうか。時間を無駄にしました。

Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer. Leider hat sie fast überall in Japan, die Klimaanlage direkt auf den Kopf geblasen. In unserem Osten Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage leider so nach Schimmel gerochen, dass wir um einen Touch des Zimmers gebeten haben. Das Hotelpersonal ist dem sofort nachgekommen, was wir sehr gut fanden. Im neuen Zimmer war’s allerdings nicht sehr viel besser, zusätzlich hat die Klimaanlage immer geklappert. Der Teppich war ein bisschen ab gewohnt. Der generell Eindruck war sehr sauber, mit bequemen Betten und sehr guten Kopfkissen. Die Lage ist prima, in der Nähe von drei U-Bahnen.
