Relaxing stay in this condo
This condo is ideal for three couples. Upon arrival, it was cool inside and smelled very fresh. There is a nice bathroom attached to each bedroom. The seating in the living room is very comfortable with seating for six of which five recline. We spent alot of time on the screened in deck which was very peaceful. The kitchen was well supplied with good quality plates, glasses, silverware, etc. There was an abundance of games and movies for us to use. The entire unit was very clean. We relaxed by the indoor and outdoors pools and jacuzzi - all were very clean. We also played ping pong at the clubhouse. The host responded promptly with any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this unit again in the future. Wonderful facility!

My family and I stayed here while I attended a meeting at Margaritaville. They loved the ammenities available close by. The home is spacious and cozy! It was perfect for my family of 5 plus my parents! We enjoyed the screened in porch each evening and morning!

The Knolls is a great getaway.
This is a quiet place where the deer and their babies will stand right beside your vehicle and just look at you. The pool area is clean and well kept. Everyone was friendly. The condo was everything we expected. Very clean and conmfortable. The washer and dryer were very clean and worked perfectly. Nice screened in patio balcony with a tv, refrigerator, and grill. All worked and were clean. The smaller bedroom also has a small balcony with a nice view of the lights at night.. We really felt comfortable. They have all kinds of spices and plenty of dishes and silverware. Really didn't need anything they did not provide. We have stayed in the area several times, and this was by far the nicest place we have found.

Wonderful Option at Lake Ozark
The property is just as listed and I have yet to work with a more responsive and helpful host. We were a group of three couples getting together for a family reunion and this rental was perfect. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the showers, and a nice central area with the kitchen, dining and living room to relax and visit. The screened-in patio was also a great bonus for sitting out in the mornings and evenings without having to deal with bugs. We have yet to rent a place that is better supplied since Rick provides a well stocked kitchen and pantry as well as many necessities that other rentals do not include like paper towels, dish soap and sponges, clothing detergent and cling free sheets, etc... The view from the rental is beautiful and provides the relaxed atmosphere you're looking for while staying at Lake Ozark. The parking was easy for us, even during a holiday weekend. Access to the rental was just up a couple of steps which made hauling in all our luggage very simple. Overall you just can't go wrong with this property and host.

We were a group of 6 here for a friends weekend trip. This condo was perfect. Plenty of room and everything we needed was here. Owners were responsive to questions from the time we booked. We loved the screened in patio and the veiw was great. Would stay again!

Spring Break
Great experience from booking through check-out. Condo was as pictured. Clean, very spacious, and comfortable. Everyone liked their beds and slept well. The kids enjoyed having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool was close and warm. Peaceful area. We had an awesome time! Would stay here again.

Quick family get away
Did not have my keypad code to check in. Had to call owner and after 10 min had to just get spare key and use that. Bed were comfy. Tvs and DVDs were nice. They loved the pool, hot tub, sauna. Didn't get the correct code to get into fitness center until the night before we left. Like the food and activities suggestions.
