「清潔かつ快適でした。レセプションの対応も親切で、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。駅から10分ほど歩くので荷物が大きい人は注意です。（石畳の道でキャリーバッグも少し運びにくいです）」

「Very nice hotel , easy to find , have parking restaurant with amazing views, little other places around to go for drink or food . very good price would go back again. Very important that ferry is just there and you can go and visit other places.」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「Hotel is in a very small village on lake adjacent to Lake Como -- easy to Milan about 45 min and to other villages and Lake Como about 30 min. Lovely staff, nice, comfortable rooms that are well appointed and gorgeous bathrooms. Not much to do in the immediate area so don't expect to walk around a cute town, but the hotel has a solid restaurant with a good breakfast and nice dinner dishes overlooking the lake. 」
