「Very nice property. Area was safe and walkable. Staff was all very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many great options! Coffeemakers were removed from the rooms with coffee available in the lobby 24/7. However you could still get a coffeemaker from the front desk if you preferred. Would def stay again.」

「Would stay again.」

「The toilet was broken there was a full break at the base of the toilet every tile in the bathroom was broken 2 of my pillows were stained the stand with the tv had a crushed front panel and I have a feeling they were coming in and out of our room even with the do not disturb I asked for a new towel since I had to clean up the leak the toilet had and they were very hesitant would not recommend pay a bit more and stay in the hotels behind it」

「Clean, courteous and professional.」

「This is probably the best place to stay in my opinion when visiting Springfield. It's off the road just a bit so the rooms are quiet and there is plenty of parking and you feel very safe here. The rooms are what you would expect and the breakfast is pretty good. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back here. All good!」

「Refrigerator was not cold enough with no controls & a lightbulb was out in the hall / bedroom which made it hard preparing for a wedding. Shower head only sprayed out very little. Room & bathroom were very clean. Breakfast bar was good. Staff were friendly & helpful. I would recommended this hotel for sure if you are looking for a clean room.」
