「The hotel was very clean. However, I didn’t receive the email with the check-in information. As a result, I couldn’t get into the hotel and was really stuck. I had to stand outside for over 30 minutes in the heatwave in Orléans. The on-site staff were kind, but since they’re only there in the morning, there was no one at the hotel during check-in hours. It’s better to book this hotel directly through its website」

「The rooms are quite small with limited storage space and a basic double bed. The shower door does not open fully due to the toilet placement, fine for us albeit a struggle but anyone bigger would definitely not be able to get in or out. No kettle, cups etc, no safe, no bottles of water & no mini refrigerator. There is shower gel & soap provided and a hairdryer plus there was always lots of hot water. This is definitely a budget hotel. The cork tiles on the wall were coming off and one of the...

「Extraordinary location. Everything is beautiful and well thought of. Crazy beautiful art pieces in every room and super gentle cool and kind stuff. The restaurant Le Daniel is extraordinary. Service and food. Should be at least Michelin recommended.」

「Very nice hotel and wonderful staff」
