Lovely couple of nights

From booking the hotel the hotel to departure the communications with the hotel have been fantastic. We found the hotel easily with the help from emails sent from the hotel. Check in was not only speedy but super friendly. Karolima, the receptionist helped us plan our 2 night stay and gave brilliant recommendations. She was so warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and compact but perfect for what we needed. Our bed linen was slightly ripped unfortunately. The bathroom had everything we needed with beautiful smelling rituals toiletries. The hotel was perfectly located for touring the old town and enjoying the bars and restaurants in one of the beautiful squares. The receptionists karolima and Justine are super friendly and will make your stay that much easier and nicer. I must also state that our dog, Meggy was welcomed with no problems at all and enjoyed the fuss.
