Townhouse exactly as listed. Was a great stay. Pool small but very nice to cool off too. Bbq on patio was a.great feature. Community pool amenities. Fantastic. Didnt realize there was a shuttle service to pool. Location perfect for theme parks and local destination. Storea and resteraunta everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay here! There was everything we needed and the rooms were spacious. We ran into a minor issue with the A/C but was addressed right away! I would certainly book here again.

Amazing place, Great location

This place exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The check in process was easy and seamless. It was close to all the Disney parks, grocery store, gas station, etc. The additional pools, hot tub, splash pad, mini golf, was a plus and close to our unit. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location to everything you need in Orlando

We enjoyed the stay and we were able to cover all the attractions. The place is very nice and secure with gated community.

Definitely Will Be Back

We had to adjust our stay as some family was not able to come last minute and the manager was able to move us from a townhome to a condo, refunding us the difference. I was extremely grateful as we were past the date of refunding and he was so understanding. The condo was clean and felt brand new and fresh. The beds were so comfortable! The pool / lazy river area was amazing and we wished we could have spent more time there enjoying the sun and water. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Beautiful Home; Excellent Location!

We loved our stay at this property! We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to a hurricane, but the property was amazing and so close to Disney and all the activities we were planning to do as a family. We definitely hope to be able to come back soon and stay longer! Thanks for a great stay!

Family friendly and spacious

The 5 bedroom home is comfortable. It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were big as well as the bathrooms. The common areas are big as well. Parking was plentiful and close. This the backyard pool is the perfect size to cool off, relax and private. The resort amenities are nice for littles to adults. The location is near lots of restaurant and entertainment. Definitely would rent again.

Staying for medical purposes

I came down for Scoliosis Intensive Care treatment. I had to stay 2 weeks for the treatment. When we came in the house looked ok and it was in a good spot to drive back and forth to Dr. at first the house seemed clean but when you started walking on the floor your shoes would stick to the floor. We had to tempo the floors to remove the sticky mess. The vacuum cleaner does not work and the toilet in the down stairs wobbles when you sit down. The cleaners really need to do a better job cleaning and caring for the house. The corners were all full of nasty floor junk. It is really unfair to the owner and the clients when the cleaners rush through and don’t do a good job. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it after a long day of treatment. My only complaint would be the cleaners need to treat the house as though it was there own. Or at least do a deep clean every 3 months.

Stay at Story Lakes

The property was immaculate. The house itself was very spacious and cozy. Neighborhood was safe and centrally located near to shopping plazas, Walmart and theme parks. Will definitely be back next year.

Pleasant

Property was clean, as described in the listing. Hot tub is not at the house, this was a little disappointing but the pool was awesome for the kids. I like how the pool has a safety net and not too deep. Accessing the property was a little troublesome and seemed to be an issue for most guests. QR code provided should be universal and able to be used at all gates. My GPS took me to the entrance closest to my rental property the QR code provided was not for that entrance but I never knew where the other entrance was. Overall great stay though
