Beautiful bay view and pet friendly! We had a great stay here. Super cute inside and close to everything in town. I gave our stay 4 stars overall because we had a couple dirty towels. One suggestion to improve the stay would be better blinds or blackout curtains, the current blinds allowed all the light to come in and I was hoping to sleep past 6 AM. We will definitely be staying here again!

The room the was very outdated with broken items, stained carpet, dirty walls, rust in the freezer and the condo unit was being resided. Construction workers, loud equipment, and debris in walkway and around the unit.

This property could use some updates for the prices they charge. The mattresses were the hardest and most uncomfortable Ive ever slept on at any hotel or rental. They give you (2) rolls of toilet paper so make sure to bring your own. No tv in the bedroom which is odd for the 21st century. I would have felt better paying 1/2 of what I was charged for what we got, compared to other places we have stayed.

We tried to cancel because of the snow and ice storm. We live in WA state and couldn't even get out our driveway due to weather BUT The Embarcadero refused to work with us or let us change the dates on our reservation. They charged us for 3 nights that we couldn't possibly have made it there again due to weather....

The property was in rough condition and there was black mold on the ocean side windows. We were not able to stay for our vacation because of the strong smell from the carpet powder that had been in the entire condo.
