me gustó mucho la habitación eramos 5 personas en una duples con 2 baños aunque lo q menos me gustó fue la instalacion de los baños sobre todo la bañera con cortina y la manguera muy deteriorada que se salía el agua para fuera.. por lo demás muy bien

Basic, centrally located.

We parked in a neighboring paid parking lot about 7 minutes walk, as the hotel parking was full. The room in the photo during booking had a balcony, but our room did not. The room had very little furniture to put our belongings on which was a problem because there were many ants on the room floor and in the bathroom and there was residual trash on the floor. The bed was comfortable, but there was no ventilation in the room such as a fan or A/C, and there were too many bugs outside to open the windows. The location is central in Ordino with restaurants in walkin distance.

En el centro de ordino y desde el pueblo rápidamente llegas a otros puntos de Andorra. La pega es que no hay parking gratuito y todo el pueblo es zona azul.

Como estar en casa.

Hotel Rural, sencillo pero muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario,limpieza perfecta, y desayuno bufet bueno. Personal muy atento y agradable. Su ubicación en el centro del pueblo lo hace cómodo y le da un encanto especial.

Caro demais para o que oferece! : (

O hotel aparece com boas avaliações no hotéis.com e foi por isso q escolhemos nos hospedar lá. Porém, a nossa experiência não foi a melhor neste estabelecimento. Por dentro o hotel é bastante antigo e o quarto que nos colocaram, além de frio (estivemos lá em dezembro e precisamos pedir uma estufa), com mobília desgastada, o banheiro tinha espelho manchado, piso e azulejos da parede rachados! Ainda, pra completar, a falta de simpatia e cuidado com o cliente ficou mais evidenciada ao sermos os únicos hóspedes na 1a noite q passamos lá e, mesmo com o estacionamento completamente vazio, mantiveram a cobrança de 10 € se quiséssemos deixar o carro no estacionamento do hotel. Achei péssimo isso e preferimos estacionar na rua mesmo. Ordino, onde o hotel está localizado, é bonitinha e a vista das montanhas foi bacana, mas certamente não voltaríamos a nos hospedar no hotel Santa Bárbara.
