"Cairon is a gracious host who makes you feel immediately at home. The warm, friendly vibe is so much nicer than a conventional hotel. Fresh coffee in the morning, cookies and lemonade every afternoon. We unexpectedly had to leave a day early and he didn't charge us for the night. What a thoughtful and appreciated gift. "Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property. The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion"

"Everything was very nice, and the hotel people friendly and helpful. BUT the parking left something to be desired, especially for building C, where our room was. No convenient access to unload luggage. Could not drive up to building C. Had to roll the luggage cart past building D to get to the parking lot to load the luggage, and then roll it back past building D to get to building C. And that was an effort for our group of 3 80+ year olds. Poor design for building C access."

"It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!"

The entrance and bathroom were wheelchair accesible (which is not something we needed) but it was nice to see for those who do.
