「This place was a last minute stop on our trip to New Orleans. I was feeling well and had to find a place to rest. The staff was phenomenal! From check-in to check out and even the breakfast staff…they were all so kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I haven’t seen that in a long time in any business. This place is doing something right to have staff enjoying their day and spreading the joy. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. 」

「First a for most, there’s a side door to check in at 7pm, the sliding doors where locked, you had to used another door to go to your room, which was the fire exit. Upon walking in to the hotel it smelled like weed, to get into the elevator you had to go around two rolling out side trash cans that stayed infront. Of the elevator… we where on the 3rd floor the fall way floor had soft spot on it. We get to put room … just horrible gross nasty the floors where damp there was dead an live baby...
「A quick stay to catch an early flight. Hotel staff were awesome and made us a to go bag for breakfast as they hadn’t opened up the breakfast area yet. We will come back!」
