「We went there for our honeymoon and it was amazing! Hotel is 5 min walk to eagle beach.We book dinner at passions on the beach! Dinner was actually on the beach romantic and view was amazing! We did a couple of excursions too such as horse back riding and nature pools with Indian caves with ABC tours and it was so much fun! 」

「The RIU Palace had one of the best beaches. A phenomenal pool too. Staff is friendly and resort is well kept and clean. Rooms do need to be updated though. One negative about the resort is their restaurants. The food is nothing to brag about. The best one is the buffet. We ate there everyday. The food was great and endless variety.」

「It was like a little slice of heaven! What a beautiful, tropical oasis on a desert island. Walking the meandering pathways made of stone and wooden boardwalk planks was like stepping into a tropical storybook setting. With palms swaying in the breeze, pink flowering plants, and pastel colored casitas, we felt instant tranquility. The 2 pools with private nooks to lounge surrounded by a lush garden and the fabulous poolside service for delicious island food and drinks was a treat to the eyes and...

「The property was always so clean and quiet. It truly a place to relax and unwind. The staff workers were always so kind and helpful. A special shout out to Carlos! We are already planning our next trip back. 」

「Great location. Short walk to the beach strip. At night, use your phone - the path has no lights. Suggest renting a car so you can explore. The unit is very clean, peaceful and calm. Outside our unit, furniture was limited. Didn't realize others may have moved around for their own use. We did a lot of water sports and showers. We needed more towels switched out. We had a great time. Highly recommend.」

「Everything was as advertised, no disappointments. Turibana Plaza makes an excellent base for exploration of the island, you do need a car to get around and explore. We especially enjoyed the pool after a day of chasing around, we had it to ourselves several times. Try Cafe 080 for a meal within walking distance and Yen Yen Bar and Restaurant for Chinese take out. Enjoy.」

「We really enjoyed staying at the Rooi. The unit was clean and well maintained. Really appreciated having beach chairs supplied. It is literally around the corner from a grocery minimart where most needs can be met. It is easy to find and reasonably close (with a car) to three of the island's best beaches. And three minutes from a Starbucks! The mini pool onsite we really appreciated and came to use daily. If we have one quibble it was the kitchen, which we found under -equipped for daily cooking...
