「Disappointing Experience – 2/5 Stars I stayed at Sterling Elk Hill from 21st October to 24th October, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars. Room service was extremely slow. I had to call multiple times for assistance and faced this issue on more than five occasions. 「The hotel was right at market and right beside the botanical garden. Absolutely loved the stay!」

「I was so relaxing and amazing. Food was soo good.」

「This small hotel was delightful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️」

「お部屋はきれいで水回りも清潔でした。が、シャワーの出はイマイチ。山の上なので仕方ないですね。。。食事はインドご飯率高いです。」

「Stayed 2 nights. The staffs were so kind and gave some advices to travel around Ooty town. They can provide a Day-tour for sightseeing in Ooty area. The most I liked was available to use hot shower in the room 24 hrs. In order to be cooler climate in Ooty, tourists may meet unexpected shower rain or chilling in moisture. In morning, the current/electoric was cut no power during a few hours, which was only inconvenient. 」

「The stay is good luxurious experience for a budget price. The staff is very supportive as well. I would recommend this stay to everyone. It is very close to the city centre as well」
