"1階は全体的に排水の臭いがキツい 歩くと床が沈むところあり お風呂の壁にカビのような汚れ 全体的にホコリがあり 床などベタベタする 庭のお手入れなしで雑草が生えたまま 日よけやイスは劣化している 近隣は工事の車が道に駐車をしていたため施設に入る道を塞いでおり、見つけづらかった 問い合わせ対応は丁寧にしてもらいましたが、子どもを見ながら掃除して臭いが酷くて家族にも責められ大変でした。"

"クーラーが効かない。 家の中にいるのにみんな汗をかいていました。 フィルターを見ると全室のクーラーに埃が大量に溜まっていた。 お金を払って泊まりに来ているのに フィルターの掃除をしました。 清掃が入っていると書いていたが 玄関外も掃き掃除本当にしたの？ と疑うレベルでした。 清潔感が全くなく、カーテンや窓際には 近づきたくないし 床にも座りたくなかったです。 エアコンのフィルターをみて 不信感しかなくベットに入るのも嫌で 数名は車中泊をしました。 サイトでは厳しくルールが書かれていたので きっちりされている方なのかなと思っていましたが、ぜひ改め直していただきたいです。 少しでも潔癖かも？と思う方は再検討をお勧めします。 "
