"Very clean hotel, affordable, lots of amazing amenities and you can choose all sorts of shampoo's, conditioner and body washes. They had an ac and air purifier in the room along with a water dispenser. I do think it's a smoking room but I couldn't smell much smoke so it was perfectly fine. I enjoyed and would 100% stay again for the cost. The one downside is the parking is difficult and you absolutely have to be comfortable parking backwards and in a small area. Otherwise no complaints"

Just stayed one night with my family and we didn’t want to leave. The house is over 100 years old but has modern conveniences and was very clean and comfortable. The futon beds were perfect. The location is ideal as it is directly across the street from the ferry. The shopping street and the famous Itsukushima Shrine is just a short walk away. I stayed in a room that had the bed in an upstairs loft. Things to consider if you book this room are the stairs are pretty steep and it’s not a small flight of stairs. The service at this hotel was beyond excellent. They did a great job of accommodating our dietary needs even though we did not think to write ahead (if you have restrictions you should). During check out, we forgot to pack our daughters journal, they called the driver that took us to the ferry and sent an extra shuttle to the ferry terminal to deliver it a few minutes later. The baths are large, fantastic and not particularly busy when we used them.

This place is a total gem. They only have 11 rooms so the staff really gets to know everyone. Amazing staff. The rooms were so cute and comfortable. There's a fun little place to eat Okonomi a minute away, but not much else in this quiet neighborhood. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can get a breakfast basket in the morning. Hiroshima Station is an easy 15 minute walk away. Delightful stay.
