Perfect! So impressive, clean, convenient, digital door access, and very considerate, our convert plug doesn’t work, they even provide you the universal one, we appreciated! all the appliances are working so well, we can cook by ourselves, you can use dishwasher to sanitize the cookware, it is smart TV, so you can link to your phone and watch whatever you want to watch, a surprise they have Nintendo game machines, you can play it, so cool! I definitely will book Bob W series as long as it’s available! I wanna give 10 stars if applicable:)

Clean apartment and plentiful space. Very convenient location.

The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town. We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we dropped our bags off & came back at 4pm. Which has already been relayed to the manager & would not stop us returning. The check in time is probably the only downside to the hotel to be honest, as it isn't near enough to the town center that you can walk it & as check out is 11am & seeing the rooms i fail to believe it takes 5hrs to clean the room....therefore check in should be a lot earlier or at least flexible.
