"There was construction going on, and garbage from that was laying around the back entrance that we were told to use. We were assigned a room and even arrived later than we said we would, and they were still cleaning it when we got there. But there was still some hair on the bathroom floor. The bedroom was clean though. The bar had great food and service. We did not use the breakfast area. The staff was nice."

"Pool and bathrooms filthy, breakfast had broken equipment and missing items, door to pool had electrical hazard with exposed wires. No manager on duty and staff didn't care about anything. Stay elsewhere!"

"The property is clean, the rooms are as shown in the pictures, but parking is a little challenging. The main level parking lot is small, and the additional parking lot requires you to climb a hill that is a little steep. Not the fault of the property, just part of the terrain of Pittsburgh."

"The TV was broken. I could only get four channels…… there was plaster chips all over the floor by the toilet. The toilet seat was not clean and bubbled up. Thin walls, I heard were door slamming all night long. And people up and down the hallway. But I had car problems and had to spend the night somewhere."

"The breakfast menu was good. The coffee was impossible for me to drink. It was very bittle even after I added a lot of milk. The rest of my stay was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent staff was very helpful. I will stay there again but may bring my own coffee for backup. "
