"It was really hard with the communication. We got there an hour later and there was no one to let us in, we understand that the property has policies, but flights get delayed, canceled, or people get lost. We ended up having to pay for a hotel that night and went back to this property to check in the morning. The room was spacious but it did not feel clean. "Very nice hotel. Lots of other hotels and restaurants nearby if you don't like the restaurants in hotel although what I had was good. They have singing but I'm they stop at a good time to allow you to sleep. Zero issues . Clean and comfortable and apparently a famous hotel as people know it when I told I stayed there. I biked here while I was biking around Jeju Island. Good stopping point before finishing the rest of the island."
