「Property was clean, the property manager and Donna were very helpful and communicative, regardless of when we called they responded quickly and were both very helpful with our requests. The location is close to activities such as mystic mountain and dunns river. Also close to restaurants and supermarkets. Location is ideal and always felt safe in the area. 」

「Nothing fancy. Just the basics. Location was perfect. Walking distance to beaches and shops. Margaritaville beach across the street. $15 US for access with a lawn chair. Ocho Rios Bay Beach about a ten minute walk. Much larger beach and a $10 entry fee for adults. Music from across the street was pretty load at night. Went until 2:00 am on Friday and midnight on Saturday. Air conditioning only in the bedroom. No AC in main living area. Hot water had to be turned on by a switch over the stove. We...

「We go to Jamaica yearly for Reggae Month; this is the longest time I’ve stayed in Jamaica- an entire month. We normally stay in all-inclusive hotels, but this time we wanted to stay longer in a villa for a bit more privacy. Patiently waiting, the villa was everything. we expected and more. Chris, the manager, and Alvin, the owner, were the perfect hosts; we couldn't ask for any more, and the villa was perfect and great value for money. 」

「My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Kam's place. It was the perfect space with everything we needed for the time we were there. I love that he has a driver, Dre (who is amazing), and can pick up and drop off so I did not have to worry about that. Additionally, everyone on staff is very kind and helpful including the gate young man, both receptionists, and the cleaning person. 」
