"The staff were excellent, both upon check-in and checking out. No issues with storing luggage. The room was a tad dated. No reading lamps next to the bed as pictured, toilet roll holder fell onto the floor and also located at an angle you couldn't reach it. While the room had a window, it does not open so air conditioning is the only option. Gym amenities were excellent. Good treadmills, elipticals, bicycles and weights. The location is what sells this place, right opposite the station."
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Langham on the 7th of August while celebrating my wife’s birthday. Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful hotel to the outstanding service we received throughout our stay.
All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and obliging with every request we had. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail made our experience truly unforgettable.
