Excellent location. Reception staff very helpful but lacked local information which would have been of help i.e short cuts to the piers. Sadly the spa pool was cold and murky and the following morning it was unavailable. We pay big prices to have these amenities and they are unavailable, very disappointing

YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites

Meriton Suites Melbourne
Staff were brilliant, kind and informative. Pool was huge and had an abundance of clean towels. The spa was a little dirty but what can you expect with hot bodies in hot water. Room was fantastic and clean and the views were beautiful.
