Canal relaxation and beautiful coastal views! Featuring this new construction 5BR/5.5BA home in Ocean Isle Beach. Beautifully designed interiors feature modern decor and stylish furnishings. New house brand new to rental market. Bring your boat! New construction, that sleeps 12 guests, includes an elevator, multiple decks, and beautiful views of the canal.
LIVING AREA The stylish main living area has a modern feel and large windows that flood the space with natural light with great views. Take a seat on the swivel boucle chairs and enjoy the electric fireplace, or sprawl out on the sectional and screen a movie on the large smart TV. (Please note the fireplace is for decorative use only)
KITCHEN & DINING It's easy to prepare home-cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances (including a French-door fridge) and a big granite island that seats four. Host dinner parties at a long wooden dining table, offering seating for 6. (Has keurig coffee maker.)
BED & BATH This house sleeps 12 guests between 5 elegantly appointed bedrooms, each room has a TV. Located on the top floor, the expansive master bedroom boasts a plush king bed. A chic en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, with stunning blue cabinets, and a walk in shower. Attached to the master bedroom is deck access with chairs to sit and enjoy the views. Great for families, a second bedroom features twin bunk beds located across the hallway, with an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom offers a plush queen size bed with an en suite bathroom, with a large vanity. On the top floor you will also find the laundry room with a beautiful tile floor, equipped with a brand new washer and dryer, along with a sink. On the first floor you will find 2 additional bedrooms. A bedroom with modern-themed accents has a king bed and an attached bathroom (also accessed via the hallway) with a walk-in shower, and walk in closet. The next bedroom has a queen bed with nautical decor, with an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. A half in the main hallway area provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take a seat around the outdoor electric fireplace (please note the fireplace is for decorative use only) surrounded by plenty of seating. Rinse off at the outdoor shower after fun-filled beach days. Two separate decks overlook the canal, with chairs provided. A gas grill on the patio is perfect for afternoon cookouts.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and 6 beach chairs will be provided. An elevator offers convenient access to the upper floors. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles in a carport and 3 in the driveway.
LOCATION Discover a stunning beach just a 5-minute walk from your door! Parking notes: You will find parking for up to 5 cars (2 in the carport and 3 in the driveway). Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
If your check in date is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
If your check in date is before Memorial Day or after Labor Day, linens and towels are NOT included in the cleaning fee. We do offer them for an additional fee, or you can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party.
We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.
**(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).
If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-refundable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded.
Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.
While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.
Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.
You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.
Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).
NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise.
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.
Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
ELEVATOR We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.
DOCK The dock/boat slip and canal are meant to be enjoyed responsibly. Please note there are inherent dangers associated with water including drowning. Please be safe and wear a personal flotation device around the water and monitor children and those are not strong swimmers.
