Upgrades include quartz kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, and luxury plank flooring. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a full sized bed and a twin bed so you can sleep 5 people comfortably. This property includes free high speed internet/wifi so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows (with your login credentials) from the large TV in the living room or the TVs in the main bedroom. There is also a Comcast streaming box for both TVs and you also have a washer and dryer in this property. This is a great condo in a great location for a great Ocean City vacation!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property.

*Property comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $92.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
