Ocean Point 111 123 is a cozy first floor condo with a wood-paneled living room furnished with a comfy couch and a flat-screen television. This condo features a combination living room and dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The couch doubles as a queen sleep sofa. The bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people. One off-street parking space at the building.

Ocean Point III 123 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, one parking space, one TV located in the living room, cable TV, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

Property was ok for why I was there (business). The bathroom and kitchen could use some updates. Locations was good for the convention center.
