Bay Princess 311 is conveniently located bayside at 81st Street.  Bay views from the living room in this cozy 2 bedroom/2bath condo!  Let the elevator take you up to your 3rd floor bay & pool view!

The kitchen is fully supplied with all the cookware and dishes needed to prepare family meals after a fun filled day soaking up the Ocean City sun!  The Master bedroom offers a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a large private bathroom with a Tub/Shower combo. Bedroom two offers 1 Double bed, 1 Queen bed and a flat screen TV. Bedrooms newly carpeted. A second bathroom with a Tub/Shower combo is located in the hallway.  A Queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room. Smart TV's in Living Room and both bedrooms.

Enjoy the bay views from the private balcony or the bayfront pool! Family owned and well cared for, come stay with us!

The family will love the outdoor pool that can be seen from your private balcony.  Free parking for two cars, some spots are covered. This unit is priced affordable for all budgets.  BOOK ONLINE today before your week is gone!

Nice Condo Close To Beach

Overall, enjoyed our stay here. Condo was clean and spacious enough to accommodate four adults, one toddler and two newborns. Beds and sofas were fairly comfortable. The balcony was surprisingly spacious and was a nice place to hang out on. The only minor negative thing I could say about the condo was that the appliances in the kitchen could use some updating but that wasn't really a big deal. The heated pool was a nice amenity. Location was perfect for a family with kids. Beach was a five minute walk. The property manager was responsive and friendly. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Best place we stayed in O.C.

Absolutely loved this place. So many things we loved about it, where should I start!! Place was spacious! Our family of 5 loved the 2 bedrooms and especially the 2 bathrooms. Having the bathroom off the master was great!! Our family LOVED the heated pool. Used the pool at least once a day!!! Place was very clean and had everything that we needed. The view from the balcony of the pool and bay was amazing and the size of the balcony was great!! We loved swimming in the pool and watching the sunset! Highly recommend this place!! And only have to cross main st to get to beach! Would love to come back next year!!

Softball Tournament

The property was great. Very clean and a great location. Quick walk to the beach. This was my first trip to Ocean City. My daughter was playing softball so didn't have a lot of down time. I only had to reach out to Stevi once and she texted me back within minutes. I would stay there again. It was close to a lot of things but was quite in the evenings, great view of the bay.

Cozy, Convenient, Peaceful Family vacation

We were traveling with our 3 kids ranging in age from 4-13yo and my parents. It was enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The condo is located on the third floor and close to the elevator. The decorations had a nice beach feel. It was convenient and homey. The appliances were dated but we’re all in working condition. The place had everything we needed to make our stay complete (from the dishes to the cookware, coffee maker, beach chairs, washer and dryer). There were also instructions posted on the fridge, by the TV, reminders on the door and inside the linen bags which made it easy to understand/follow what is expected of guests during their stay. The property manager was also available by text and was timely and responsive for any questions we had. The beach is convenient—about a block and a half walk. The balcony had a nice view of the pool and the bay. The pool opens from 9am-9pm and had a friendly pool attendant that checks people in. The condo provides 4 pool pass cards on a key ring and 2 parking passes for guests. The location is a close walk to Ropewalk (restaurant) which we highly recommend- they had a live band and playground for kids while dining bayside view, Fractured Prunes (awesome donuts), Hooked or Victoria’s Crab for seafood. The place is also a close drive to ACME for groceries and Sunsations for any souvenir needs. We were also a short drive to the boardwalk and didn’t find it hard to find parking around 18th-23rd street. The boardwalk is lively and a nice place to visit. We were glad we weren’t staying right on the boardwalk as we didn’t want to be around a lot of crowd. All in all, we enjoyed our peaceful stay and very thankful we chose this property. We are appreciative of the pleasant memories we created during our family vacation and looking forward to staying here again.

Love Bay Princess

Bay Princess is amazing. Your far enough from the super busy/ crowded parts of OCMD but no more than a few minute drive to everything you could want! It’s the perfect place for families. Room has amazing views of bay and pool. Stevi was so attentive and helpful! Look forward to returning next year!

Convenient location, fantastic views, clean and bright

The place was spacious, well stocked, and quiet. The view off the balcony was fantastic. I thought the place was conveniently located, there is a bus stop right in front of the condo building. The beach bus was super convenient, didn’t have to pay for parking the whole week. Close proximity to some really good restaurants. We would stay here again for sure.
