Ideal for families, the unit features a well-equipped kitchen with a cooktop (no oven), countertop air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a dining area and comfortable living space for relaxing after a day in the sun. Enjoy added convenience with a front-loading washer/dryer, three Smart streaming TVs, free WiFi, and central A/C. The private west-end balcony provides a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the laid-back beach atmosphere. This property accommodates up to six guests and includes parking for two vehicles in a private lot, with additional first-come, first-served street parking available. It is non-smoking, pets are not permitted, and offers flexible mini-week rentals of 3, 4, 7, or 10 nights to fit your travel plans. Please note: the balcony closet is not available for guest use.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
