A cozy to 2bedroom, water front view home

Your vacation starts here. Imagine pulling up to where your RELAXATION starts. Our cozy mobile home is the perfect fit for your family. Come relax with your family in our peaceful get away. Enjoy waking up to a beautiful sunrise right from your bed. Grab a cup of complimentary coffee and head to the deck, enjoy relaxing in the adirondack chairs. Or throw the crab cage in the water for some of Marylands finest catch. Our comfortable cozy home just don’t stop at the deck check out our porch where there is seating for the whole family. Watch the bay from the screened in porch or play the big Jenga or checkers In our cozy home, we have 2 bedrooms for your family to sleep comfortable. The front bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, but wait the view is what this room is all about with the glass sliding doors leaving the shades open to catch the morning sunrise! In our common area we have a open concept living room/kitchen area. The living room has a full size sofa bed. Down the hall is a washer and dryer with complimentary soap powder and right next to it is a full bathroom with a tub. Tucked away if needed is a twin foldaway bed and a pack and play for the little ones. We also have Alexa speakers and 3 Roku TVs , books and a few toys for the little ones or make it a family game night with our board games. If you wanna head outdoors our home is located near everything. We are a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive to the beach. If you drive like i do often you can park for free right at the beach access at 130th coastal highway. We have complimentary beach buckets, sand toys and chairs for you to enjoy. Our neighborhood has 2 community pools with splash pool for the little ones. Also there is a miniature golf course, shuffleboard, and 2 tennis courts for you to enjoy. Take a morning walk to the pond and nature trail. Check out Northside Park which is right next to our community. Northside park has great events planned doing the high season for your family to enjoy. The park has playgrounds, fields, running paths, exercise area and a fishing and crabbing pier to enjoy.

On Coastal Highway we have Montengo Bay Supermarket, dollar tree and all kinds of restaurants for a evening out. Alley Oops is right near the house for arcade fun! I recommend the Crab Bag for all you can eat crabs or BBQ. There’s ice cream shops, miniature golf courses, we are about a mile from the border of Delaware where you can go to Thunder Lagoon Waterpark or ride the Go Karts in Fenwick. We are close to Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth beaches. The Tanger Outlets are about a 1/2 hour in Rehoboth. In West Ocean City which is about 15 minutes also have outlets if you don’t wanna go as far.

Ocean City has a great bus system which runs up and down Coastal Highway for $3 per day. If you wanna head over to the boardwalk without driving. The bus stop is at 130th.
