PLEASE NOTE: The week of October 13th, 2025, there will be some renovation work on the bayside balcony, using a swing stage. The workers will not need to enter the unit.

Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and 14+ days before check-in

50% refund (plus cleaning fee) if canceled 7–14 days before
