「Very friendly and welcoming. Little touches were lovely」

「I recently spent two weeks at this wonderful property in Oban, Scotland. The hotel and facilities are of a very high standard. The view from our bedroom was absolutely amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel provided complimentary tea, coffee, fresh milk, fresh biscuits, still and sparkling water each day in our room. 「Simple but comfortable room. We had tea and coffee to make and a small but functional ensuite. The property is close to good pubs and restaurants and was a good spot to stay at a good price. We paid to park Accross the road.」

「This accommodation is very remote. But really nice. The rooms are large and clean with nice en-suite facilities and the dining room - in an extended sun room - is spacious and comfortable. Very well run by a lovely couple we enjoyed our stay. Take dinner here - it’s very good value and enjoyable.」

Our hostess started us off in the morning with a delightful breakfast, good cup of coffee and good advice or directions to our days activities. She made sure we enjoyed ourselves. The bonus was the view from the property was gorgeous.」

「Both elevators were out at one point, the staff couldn’t check me in even minutes earlier than the 3pm guideline,and the whole ‘meal thing’ felt weird about inclusions or exclusions. Pay to park (but only 10 pounds) for two nights - but still…great location for rail or ferry, but the staff couldn’t check use an upgrade. PS. Why are the damn hallways so narrow to your room? I could barely get by a maids cart…seems like the fire regulations would be wider. Narrowest I have ever seen in any hotel....
