Other than an initial poor check in experience, our stay improved greatly. The other front staff workers were very helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent and the room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel for a beautiful stay in Oban.

A lovely stay in Oban, staff were pleasant and helpful, the bed was very comfortable , it is acknowledged the hotel is going through a refurbishment and will be excellent once this is complete. Location is great with easy walk to the town centre.

View was spectacular, Room & ensuite were lovely & comfortable. Only downfall was no air-conditioning & no cold drinks after 10pm. But otherwise we loved our stay & we would certainly stay there again.

Superb hotel with great front of house staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. Meal choices and food quality was fantastic; Andy and Precious were brilliant and very friendly staff members. I would definitely stay here again.
