"The condo was fantastic (lots of stairs 3 stories) beds very comfortable overall a good place. The surrounding were a little scary lots of homeless but condo in a gated place with a garage behind the property & safe. "

I would say not for small children as there are wooden and woven giraffes, lamas, masks etc. that would likely attract attention Good location, easy walk to restaurants. Fells safe. Clean. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of books and games. Easy parking. Erin is very responsive.Negatives: mattress a bit soft but that's personal preference. A bit dark. I *believe * windows are covered with film [makes sence, floor level] ...
