「Great house and great location. My family was in town for a wedding and had a great stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!」

「Lana was great. Location was close to interstate and easy to navigate around the area. Two king beds were great and the other room has 2 beds. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Lana was amazing. She repsonded quickly to all our questions and needs. Not sure when we will come this way again but will stay here if we do!」

「Host was very responsive. The studio was….awkward. It was spacious but huge couches /cabinets overwhelmed the space and made it awkward to move around. Bathroom was up some stairs and through 2 doors. Kinda small and again laid out awkwardly . Parking was a challenge on the second and third nights. Had to wait until spaces on the street opened up. On the last night, it rained. The hosts car was parked under a roof drip and had to listen to the drips thump on the hood of the car. 」

「The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.」

「Our host was amazing!!! We rented the week of NYE, and a big storm started early new years eve day. Hunter checked in with us to make sure all was well, and after short local area internet outage, Hunter offered, and was over in 15 minutes rebooting and getting our internet access up and going again! Hunter saved NYE and our family reunion!」

「Nicely decorated, comfortable Oakland home. This was a perfect place for 2 couples while we were visiting our kids at Berkeley. Alli was a gracious host and very easy to communicate with. We also really enjoyed the backyard as a hangout spot and the lighting after dark. Would definitely stay here again!」

「The house was so charming and very clean inside. The location gave us easy access to freeway and stores. We especially loved the side yard - (grassy and fenced in) making it a secure place for kids to play. 」
