「The hotel is nice enough. But the staff is not very friendly or accommodating. They made my stay very stressful. 」

I have a family of 4 and that’s not going to happen. She told me that was a normal thing and didn’t even apologize. They found me a room at another property they own and it’s only a 2 star hotel and they didn’t refund me the difference between the 2. 「Stayed 5 nights: 1st night, after driving 8 hours, realized the TV was not working due to a very obvious faulty hook-up cable situation, which I offered to fix myself as it was an easy fix & I was ready for Golden Girls & sleep. Went to speak to the lady, sitting on the lounge area couch on her phone, who informed me there was nothing anyone could do & put a work order in to be fixed the next day.
