「Great location and the space itself has potential, but the experience with the host and the condition of the unit was disappointing. The host did not respond to any messages before or during our stay when we tried to address several concerns. At one point, a man entered the space unannounced saying he was there to fix the smoke alarm, which was concerning since we had not been notified. When I contacted the owner about this, they did not reply. On the second morning, the smoke detector started...

「There are a lot of things to list. I’m not a person who likes to write reviews, but this place was pretty bad. Extremely basic. Photos didn’t look like the actual living area. No little things like pillowsor extra blankets they only supplied two crunchy towels, no face towels or anything. No coffee or filters things that most hotels have as a convenience. Although it says they have parking, we had a lot of trouble with the app and then once that was sorted out, there were not a lot of spots...

「I had reserved this place for my parents for its practicality, thinking it would just be a comfortable place for them to sleep and shower while they spent most of their time out and about during the day. However, I found this apartment to be lacking in several key areas. It's small and at the top of several flights of stairs. This wouldn't normally be an issue in and of itself, but it would have been good to know. Inside, the bed is also quite small and the temperature is difficult to control....

「The host was great - responded very quickly to questions both before and during our stay! It was below zero outside the whole weekend, and the heat worked well, no issues! Very cozy condo. Also, great wireless and hot water/water pressure. Both bathrooms were especially nice. I recommend backpacks or shoulder bags for carrying luggage up the back spiral stairs from your car (nice to have a parking spot). Also, note the back stairs are to the right of the parking spot when facing the building....
