On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. Bed, bed tables, sofa, coffee table, wardrobe, table with chairs, kitchenette with fridge (dirty, with small freezer drawer). The cleanliness in the room was ok, however dusty on the bedframe and in the corners. The bathroom was clean, the shower too. The shower head was clean but with limescale and with loose broken fixings. They helped us out when our washing machine in apartment was broken and always did a thorough job. Very helpful and friendly, the apartments modern and clean and as described. The beds were really comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were out and about most days so apartment perfect for this purpose. "The staff at this hotel really make the difference. It's a classic, independent hotel right next door to the famous Unesco salt mines. We had a group of 10, with 6 rooms and they were so helpful. They even prepared and opened breakfast early for us, so we could get to the salt mine tour on time prior to us needing to drive to Ukraine. They also provided a secure parking area for our 6 pickup trucks across the street. My second time staying, and I will definitely be back!"
