「Good area, ample space for short stay」

「Double room was extremely small, difficult for two people to stand in the bathroom at the same time. Only one of the windows opened and when it was open there was a strong smell of Indian food being cooked which sullied all our clothing. It was shabby to say the least.」

「On arrival, we were shown to the "penthouse", a twin room on the third floor. The large bedroom light worked, but none of the smaller, bedside lights worked, so not great at night - totally or all nothing. Floor-space in the room was significantly compromised by a dismantled wooden bed-frame cluttering up the room. The toilet adjacent to our room was ok but we were told that the shower room was not usable so we had to use one on the lower floor (which was for several other rooms). My partner...

「多くを求めない前提ですが、素泊まりの良い滞在ができました。素敵な部屋とまでは言えませんが、小さい規模の簡易ホテル的で従業員はできる範囲のサービスを提供しているくらいですが悪い印象は受けませんでした。駐車場が必要というと, 1ポンドで48時間のパーキングチケットを買って来てくれました。建物は古く、立派でもないですが、そのつもりで泊まるなら値段は安くいい選択だと思いました。いわゆる一般的ホテルのフロントらしきところはありません。鍵は二つ,玄関用と部屋用です。いつも誰か迎えてくれるわけではありません。サッカーのレスターのチームの試合を見にここから歩いて行きました。20分くらいです。」
