"There was a group of us who stayed here for two nights. It was close to the beach and you cannot swim in the water behind the property as it is water access for boats etc. to come in and out of the area. When we got there there was a few key items missing such as dishwasher pods, dish soap, oven mitts, hand soap in the bathroom. I did message the host about this and they offered to have the housekeeper bring some the next morning. However, we had already gone to Walmart to replace them. It also...

"We were very pleased with the cottage inside , it was clean and met our expectations. All necessities were provided. Our concern was the back yard of the property. As advertised it did have a fire table as well as lounging furniture. The backyard when we arrived was disappointing the grass had not been cut and was very long, no furniture was put out as well the fire table was not outside. When I contacted the property manager I was told due to weather they do not leave out the furniture?? Well...

"Two bedrooms, no linens and towels (as stated in description), bring your soap and toilet paper. Coffee machine needs whole bean coffee. The air conditioning is in the living room only but it's very strong, if you leave bedroom doors open you might need a warmer blanket, so it's great. Warm water in the shower runs out after two quick showers until the boiler warms up some more. 1-2min walk to the beach. Found some shards of glass from bottles in the sand, near BBQ machine, so wear your flip...

"Wow, what a great little spot. The cottage has everything you need and is so close to everything while being very private. Our dog Winn loved the backyard and his new friend Ruby. Lisa was attentive to our needs, always available, and responsive to questions. We would go back in a heartbeat! "

"Very clean, nice, safe, comfortable. Non-working kettle and can opener were replaced quickly. There is no oven or stovetop, just a microwave and barbecue - that's a big learning curve for me since I'm not familiar with either one. The site has a wonderful fire pit for socializing and everyone seemed friendly. Few steps to Beach 3 and a quick drive (or long walk) to Beach 1. Small casino and some shopping nearby for rainy days. "

"Everything was very clean which us the most important to us. The place is cozy and only good for 2-4 ppl max. Only downfall is there is no BBQ or firepit. Great location though close to everything on main strip "
